Preferred work experience/expertise:

  • 1 to 2 years in Accounts

Jobs & Responsibility 

 
1.    Daily reporting to Accounts Section Officer.

2.    Receiving bills, Reimbursement of exp. & Other Documents of all Dept.

       Checking of bill, reimbursement expenses& attached supporting document then given for payment

3.    In-warding the bills checking and passed for payments daily

4.    Cheque issuing to parties attaching stamped receipts to the relevant voucher for audit purposes.

5.     Disposal of remittances such as LIC/Society/Rent/PF/LWF/Bank Recovery cheques to Admin

6.    Monthly pay bill worksheet to be prepared for writing salary cheques.

7.    Filing of print outs of all bank vouchers / receipts / Journals etc., in their serial order, keeping track of the same.

8.    Preparation of pending cheque list every 15 days.

9.    Typing of letters/correspondence disbursing cheques as and when required.

10.  Typing of Accounting Statements assigned by the Finance Manager including the Receipts and Payment Statement.

11.  Prepare Reconciliation of HDFC A/c as and when required.

12.  Preparation of excel sheet for reimbursements of other Dept.

13.  Daily RTGS payment soft copy mail to bank & hard copy send by attendant to bank

14.  Other Dept. Clinical Trial Updating monthly

15.  Doing Voucher payment if colleague is absent.

16.  Keeping track of RTGS Online / E-net payment of vendors.

17.  Any other duties assigned by the seniors.

18.  Maintenance of files, folders and registers, acknowledgement slips etc. connected with various remittances.
